Commander, U.S. Pacific Command Adm. Samuel J. Locklear signs a Acquisition and Cross-Servicing Agreement (ACSA) between the United States Department of Defense and the Defence Force of the Independent State of Papua New Guinea at Murray barracks. The ACSA will facilitate potential USARPAC and MARFORPAC exercises with the PNGDF as well as support Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command recovery efforts in PNG.
