U.S. Sailors arrive at the USS Midway Museum in San Diego April 6, 2014, to be paired up with their mentors for leadership training. The Sailors participated in the second annual weeklong Foundry 365 program conducted at the museum to provide first class petty officers with mentorship and training from senior enlisted leaders, retirees and civilians to build and strengthen the Navy?s future leaders.
