Coast Guard Station Portsmouth crewmembers aboard a 45-foot Response Boat Medium approach a 41-foot Utility Boat operated by crew members from Station Milford Haven while they transit south through the Chesapeake Bay to Portsmouth, Va., Tuesday, April 22, 2014. The UTB shown is the last of its kind on the east coast, built more then 30 years ago and is slated to be decommissioned after this final ride.
