The 1st Maneuver Enhancement Brigade and Joint Readiness Training Center, Fort Polk La., SHARP opened a "Walk In Their Shoes" Art Exhibit, April 15 -17 at the 1st MEB gym, to showcase poetry, visual art, photography, paintings, drawings, sculptures and various types of art work with positive words of encouragement for victims and survivors of sexual assault and sexual harassment. Soldiers showed support by placing green ribbons on a board showing survivors that they are supported and in the fight. "This is for one of my battle buddies," said Spc. Simon Jedidiah assigned to Forward Support Company, 46th Engineer Battalion, 1st MEB, as he pinned on a green ribbon during the "Walk In Their Shoe," Art Exhibit. "I'm proud she survived but feel sorrow she had to suffer. This is a wonderful program, I support it 100 percent and I'm glad we are keeping everyone informed.
