David Borcea, makes some adjustments to one of the satellite dishes associated with the U.S. Pacific Command Deployable Joint Command and Control system. A total of 26 JCSE members deployed to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Anchorage, Alaska to provide communications to the 593rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command, which acted as the Joint Force Land Component Command during Arctic Edge 2014.
