A Task Force 1st Battalion, 6th Infantry Regiment Soldier watches over Iraqis guiding vehicles into the vehicle search area, Oct. 31, 2008. Multi-National Division – Baghdad Soldiers from 1st Battalion, 6th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armor Division took charge of restructuring a critical checkpoint and training Iraqi army soldiers to conduct more thorough searches of personnel and vehicles in Sadr City District of Baghdad. Task Force 1-6 Inf., currently attached to 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, controls south Sadr City and through the month of October assisted the IA remodel the Circle 55 checkpoint increasing security and the IA's capabilities in the sector.
