Fire House 10 is located right next to the World Trade Center memorial, and lost five firefighters when the towers fell on the Sept. 11 attack. Manella is the 2013 Best Warrior Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year, and is in New York to represent the Army Reserve for the 106th Army Reserve birthday celebration April 23.
