The 75th secretary of the Navy, Ray Mabus, takes the mound to throw out the first ceremonial pitch at a Major League Baseball game between the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Philadelphia Phillies at Chase Field. Mabus conducted a re-enlistment ceremony for five Navy Sailors prior to the beginning of the game.
