Col. (R) Bob Tomasovic, Leadership Development & Education for Sustained Peace program manager, addresses more than 160 U.S. Army Central Soldiers who participated in a three-day seminar, Nov. 3-5, sponsored by the LDESP at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, Calif. The training modules were tailored towards the Middle East region and provided the command's Soldiers with a more in-depth understanding of customs, culture, language, negotiations techniques along with the political, military, economic, societal, infrastructure, and other essential elements of the countries in the region.
