Local leaders, along with Iraqi army and Iraqi police commanders, watch on during a ribbon-cutting ceremony that served to officially open the Al Aima Bridge in the Kadhamiyah District of northwest Baghdad, Nov. 11. The bridge was re-opened as a result of the combined efforts of local leaders and Iraqi security and coalition forces. The bridge will allow for a free flow of traffic between the Kadhamiyah and Adhamiyah Districts of Baghdad.
