The Civil Engineering Squadron, 188th Fighter Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard began construction of the new school April 7, 2014, during Beyond the Horizon 2014. Beyond the Horizon is a U.S. Army South led humanitarian assistance operation that affords the opportunity to train service members while providing needed services to communities throughout Central and South America.
