Clint Harper, 506th EOSS airfield manager, talk about a couple of the small task to be completed on the new resurfaced runway 14/32 at Kirkuk Regional Air Base, Iraq, Nov. 17. The 8,535-foot runway was re-opened after three months of work by Red Horse and local civil engineer teams.
