Sgt. 1st Class Chilion Belchie, nicknamed "Clutch," has been a Soldier for 24 years and is on a 15-month deployment to Kuwait. While he normally races with his children back home, two sons, ages 6 and 14, and a daughter, age 12, he's having fun racing against members of his club, the Cobra Crossing RC Club.
