Yeoman Petty Officer 2nd Class Richard Moseley, assigned to Navy Recruiting Station Kaneohe, shops for the new service uniform at the Navy Exchange Uniform Shop aboard Naval Station Pearl Harbor. The service uniform is intended for year-round wear and will replace the summer white and winter blue uniforms. The mandatory wear date for all E1-E6 personnel is July 2010.
