(ABOARD USS AUSTIN) - USS AUSTIN (LPD 4) rendered assistance to the stranded dhow Riveria Boat in the Arabian Gulf Dec. 6, 2005. Members of Explosive Mobile Unit 22, deployed with Expeditionary Strike Group 8 (ESG-8), were called in to remove a fishing trap fouled in the propeller.
