Brig. Gen. Wayne W. Grigsby Jr., Commanding General of the Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, arrives through rainbow side boys on the flight deck aboard the multipurpose amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5) May 1.
