Members of the Philippine Air Force and U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Jeremiah J. Jones fabricate cross-members for the roof April 26 at Tamaoyan Elementary School in Legazpi City, Albay Province, Philippines. This construction project is a part of Exercise Balikatan, an annual bilateral training exercise and humanitarian assistance engagement between members of the Philippine and U.S. armed forces, focusing on improving interoperability and strengthening the partnership of the two allied countries.
