Najat Hassen (center), Kurdistan Democratic Party leader, hosted a meeting with Howard Keegan, head of Provincial Reconstruction Team, and U.S. Army Col. Matt Russell, 18th Engineer Brigade commander. The meeting was held at the KDP headquarters in Kirkuk, Iraq, on Nov. 20. Before departing, KDP leaders showed respect to Keegan by saluting, hand over heart and a hand shake.
