    Rear Adm. Joseph Kilkenny, commander, Naval Education and Training Command, talks with Pearl Harbor survivor Jay Carraway, 87, following the annual Pearl Harbor Remembrance Ceremony at the National Museum of Naval Aviation. On Dec. 7, 1941, then Seaman Carraway was a crewman on the USS Hulbert (AVD-6), an aviation destroyer used to refuel flying boat aircraft or PBYs. Kilkenny was the guest speaker at the remembrance.
