U.S. Air Force Reserve C-17 Globemaster III pilot, Capt. Jamie Turner moves by a fellow competitor while adjusting her helmet while competing in the Iron Man Triathlon World Championship on Oct. 9, while at Kona-Kailua, Hawaii. The grueling race is both a mentally and physically challenging event. The competitors must complete a 2.4-mile swim, followed by a 112-mile bike race and then finish with a 26-mile marathon all in one day.
