Army Reserve Sgt. Hugo Macias, a Best Warrior competitor with the 758th Engineer Company, 412th Theater Engineer Command, from Miami, places an item in the ruck sack issued to him at the 412th and 416th TECs' Combined Best Warrior Competition. The competitors competed to see who was best in their command in the week-long competition April 28 to May 1. The top non-commissioned officer and enlisted soldier from each TEC will move on to compete at the U.S. Army Reserve Command level.
