U.S. Army Lt. Col. David Snodgrass, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, deputy commander, met with Iraqi army, 46th Brigade, Brig. Gen. Ayad Mohammed Salih and his commanders on Nov. 19. Snodgrass met to talk about the Sons of Iraq transfer process and timeline in Kirkuk, Iraq. The meeting took place at Gains Mill in Kirkuk.
