A Belizean boy waits while his father buys fruits from a Village Health Committee fundraiser May 1, 2014, during a New Horizons Belize 2014 medical readiness training exercise, or MEDRETE, in Santa Theresa, Belize. The committee sold fruits, home-baked bread and juice while Belizeans received free medical care from Belizean, Canadian and U.S. medical care providers at the MEDRETE.
