Larry Lendent, a forward observer instructor for the U.S. Department of Defense, sets up a secure text message device on the Radio Frequency Over Internet Protocol (RFoIP) demonstrator during Bold Quest 14.2 held on Holloman AFB from May 12-22. The RFoIP system is designed to allow training to be conducted with teams from around the world without the need to bring the teams together in the same location. Lendent is one of nearly 800 military and civilian personnel from eight partner countries that have traveled to Holloman to test the real-world integration of their close air support equipment and personnel. Bold Quest 14.2 is the latest in its series and the first to be held in New Mexico. Previous events have been held in Indiana, North Carolina, Florida, Nevada, and Georgia, and internationally in Norway and the United Kingdom. (U.S. Air Force Photo by Staff Sgt. Joe Laws/Released)
