An Iraqi policeman searches an island for weapons caches during a joint patrol between IPs and Military policemen on the Tigris River in al Kut, Nov. 24. The patrol stopped at one island to search for weapons and to demonstrate proper search techniques for the policemen of the river patrol. Several possible cache sites were found and marked for Iraqi police explosive ordinance disposal teams to check.
