U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class James Martinez, operations specialist, Joint Task Force Civil Support, assists in the setup of deployable rapid assembly shelters during an early entry command post deployment exercise here May 8, 2014. DRASH is a portable shelter that can be set up within minutes of arriving on site with no special tools. JTF-CS is preparing for Sudden Response 2014 which will test the unit’s movement of equipment and personnel during the initial phases of a simulated man-made or natural disaster. JTF-CS anticipates, plans and prepares for chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defense support to civil authorities response operations.
