Cmdr. Larry "Lobes" Sidbury, executive officer of the "Tomcatters" of Strike Fighter Squadron 31, uses a nail gun on a picture frame in the carpenter shop aboard the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt. Theodore Roosevelt and embarked Carrier Air Wing 8 are on deployment in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility, and are focused on reassuring regional partners of the United States commitment to security, which promotes stability and global prosperity.
