A member of the Louisiana Army National Guard watches as the final housing unit, or COGIM, is placed onto his trailer at a Federal Emergency Management Agency site in Baton Rouge, La., Aug. 13. The Guardsman is part of a mission that is assisting FEMA with transporting the COGIMs from Fort Worth, Texas; Baton Rouge, La.; and Selma, Ala., to Camp Minden, La., where they will be stored and readied for future emergencies.
