The Soldiers of Company C, 2nd Battalion, 4th Infantry Regiment, attached to the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad conduct combined patrols in southern Baghdad to provide over watch for the Iraqi security forces.
