New Iraqi police officers display their drill and ceremony skills during a graduation ceremony at the al Furat Iraqi Police Training Center in the Rashid District of southern Baghdad, Dec. 2. The Furat IP Academy graduated 1,031 former Sons of Iraq members during the first class consisting solely of SoI. The 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad, transitioned 177 former SoI to IP graduates on this great day for Iraq, said Col. Ted Martin, commander, 1st BCT, 4th Inf. Div.
