Philippine, Australian and U.S. veterinarians assisted the ongoing High Density Anti Rabies Mass Vaccination Program currently being implemented by Albay province to treat animals with various vaccines, vitamin shots and flea medication. The CHE is part of Exercise Balikatan, an annual bilateral training and humanitarian relief exercise that improves the bond and interoperability between Philippine and U.S. forces. Ramsey is an animal care sergeant with Public Health Command District Japan, and Crocker is a veterinarian for military working dogs at the school of military engineering in Moorebank.
