Marines with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit and sailors with the USS San Diego, assigned to the small craft action team (SCAT), stand alert on the USS San Diego as part of a strait transit exercise conducted during Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) off the coast of Southern California, May 14, 2014.
