Lt. Col. Norman Green, 304th Sustainment Brigade commander, and his senior enlisted leader, Command Sgt. Maj. Tracy Barlogio, uncase the colors as the 304th Sust. Bde. officially took command from the 55th Sust. Bde., during a transfer of authority ceremony today at Joint Base Balad, Iraq. The 304th Sust. Bde. is one of 35 brigades in the U.S. Army configured to support the Army's rapidly changing combat and support structure.
