Senior Airman Andrew Schuetz, aerospace ground equipment journeyman assigned to the 379th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron, uses a socket to change the boot of a tie rod at an undisclosed air base in Southwest Asia, Nov. 24. Changing the boot is part of the preventative maintenance performed to prevent dust build up. Airman Schuetz, a native of Omaha, Neb., is deployed from Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark.
