Chief Master Sgt. Jeff Talaga and Technical Sgt. Dan Gerlach review a set of building plans prior to beginning the day's work at Camp Hinds Boy Scout Camp, Raymond, Maine, May 21, 2014. Talaga and Gerlach are members of the 127th Civil Engineer Squadron, based at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Mich. The Airmen, along with Marine Corps Reservists and Army Reservists, are working on various construction projects at the camp during an Innovative Readiness Training mission, which allows military personnel to get training in various tasks and a community organization, in this case the Boy Scouts, to benefit from the work.
