The Marines of Company I, 3rd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment, are the ground combat element of Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force ? Afghanistan. The Marines of 3/8 protect human rights, promote shared values and respect Afghan culture, traditions and religion.
