Sailors from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1, and several other Commander, Fleet Activities Okinawa tenant commands, attend an all-hands call with the chief of Naval personnel (CNP) Vice Adm. Bill Moran and Fleet Master Chief April Beldo, May 21, aboard Camp Shields in Okinawa Japan. Moran and Beldo fielded questions and discussed topics such as petty officer advancement, uniform matters and the Enlisted Early Transition Program with the audience and conducted one-on-one question and answer sessions immediately following the event for Sailors with additional concerns.
