The 17th Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, Sgt. Maj. Micheal P. Barrett, right, visits with Sgt. Luis Remache, center and Staff Sgt. Anthony E. Scandino in the village of Belleau, France, following the Memorial Day Ceremony at the Aisne-Marne cemetery outside the village. Remache and Scandino are both members of the Wounded Warrior Regiment. Marines from the regiment attended the event as part of a professional military education program aimed to promote and advance their historical understanding of the Marine Corps and see the significance of the contributions they have made to their nation.
