Master Sgt. Roger Prinz starts a car fire as part of a mass casualty exercise at Kirkuk Regional Air Base, Iraq, Dec. 12. The car fire acted as a vehicle borne improvised explosive device and was part of the mass casualty exercise providing first responders and medical technician's real world scenarios to ensure their response time and capabilities are efficient. Sgt. Prinz is a firefighter with the 506th Expeditionary Civil Engineering Squadron deployed from Westover Air Reserve Base, Mass., and calls Brookfield, Conn., home.
