Two instructors with Survival Systems USA's team assist Pfc. Franklin L. Plummer, a mortarmen with Weapons Company, Battalion Landing Team, 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, and native of Montreal, while loading the Modular Amphibious Egress Trainer, also known as the "helo dunker," during the Shallow Water Egress Training course, Dec. 8 - 9, aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C. The course taught the Marines to escape a helicopter in the event of a water landing.
