Polubinsky, a native of Wisconsin Dells, Wis., with the 410th Medical Logistics Company out of Milwaukee, assigned to Task Force Larimar, fills a prescription for medication during a Medical Readiness Training Exercise (MEDRETE) as part of the humanitarian civic assistance mission Beyond the Horizon 2014 (BTH) at Barahona, Dominican Republic, May 27.
