Staff Sgt. Andres Madera from the 380th Expeditionary Communications Squadron relocates a telephone line on the cable distribution panel with a copper wire. He is relocating a phone line for emergency management since they moved to a different building recently. Sgt. Madera is working in one of eight Information Transfer Nodes or communications hub to provide communication support to the 380th. There are 3000 copper lines coming from the remote communication building. Sgt. Madera is deployed from the 18th CS Kadena Air Base, Japan, his hometown is Orlando, Fla.
