The COW, or Clinic on Wheels, is a well-equipped mobile medical facility with an examination and treatment room operated by the Santa Ynez Tribal Health Clinic, Santa Ynez, Calif. When the COW is not on the road, it is stationed in front of the clinic and used as an annex.
