Retired Gunnery Sgt. Samuel C. Bowser, a Duncansville, Pa., native, sings a song to his wife during a picnic celebrating his 90th birthday May 25 at Comprehensive Park. Bowser served in World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War during his 26-year military career.
