Lt. Col. Jeremy McGuire, the outgoing commander for 1st Battalion, 15th Field Artillery Regiment, 210th Field Artillery Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division, and his wife Suzette McGuire, say a few words during the change of command ceremony for the battalion May 27, 2014, on Camp Casey, South Korea.
