Dan Pepper, New Horizons Belize 2014 Task Force commander, as well as the Belize Defence Force commander and Edward P. Yorke school principal following the ribbon cutting ceremony June 4, 2014, at the school in Belize City, Belize. Marines from various Marine Wing Support Squadrons under the 4th Marine Aircraft Wing worked with engineers from the Belize Defence Force, U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army for nearly 40 working days to build the school's 1,372 square foot, two-classroom.
