Schwan the Iraqi police station chief for Daquq in Kirkuk province, hold the IP station validation certificate after the IP station validation ceremony in Daquq, Iraq, Dec. 18. When an Iraqi police station receives validation it means the station has performed above set standards and is ready to operate independent of U.S. military supervision.
