    Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Markus Witt, a human resources noncommissioned officer with the 3rd Battalion, 411th Regiment (Logistical Support Battalion) of Indianapolis (wearing civilian clothes), attempts to break through the riot guard line of soldiers from the U.S. Virgin Islands National Guard June 7 during riot control training outside the gates of the USVING Regional Training Institute in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. The riot control training was part of Operation Forward Guardian II, to be prepared for civil disturbances that may arise following a natural disaster. The 3rd Bn.
