    Pvt. 2 William Helton measures and marks wood for the construction of a SEAHUT at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo, on Oct. 5, 1999. Pvt. 2 Helton is from Bravo Company, 94th Engineers Battalion out of Vilseck, Germany. The SEAHUTs are being constructed in replacement of the General Purpose Tents at Camp Bondsteel.
