The tugboat Honor assists in the towing of a section of the Midtown Tunnel that connects Portsmouth and Norfolk, Va., Tuesday, June 10, 2014, near Sparrows Point, Maryland. Crews aboard two 25-foot Response Boat - Smalls from Coast Guard Station Curtis Bay, Maryland escorted the tugs to the Bay Bridge as the tugs towed the section down the Chesapeake Bay to the Portsmouth Marine Terminal, where it will await placement in the Elizabeth River this fall.
